Wow, we were beyond impressed with our stay. I booked a junior suite for my husband and I for our anniversary. When we checked in they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a huge suite with a balcony that overlooked Bryant park. They also gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate. The entire checkin process was quick and easy and the entire staff was so nice the entire trip. It is the perfect location, walking distance to almost everything we went to see during Christmas time. Also Koi was our favorite restaurant we went to! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, we will definitely be back! Hands down the best and largest room, plus having a balcony is unheard of in NYC.

We've done two single-night stays here, and even though there are 100000 hotels in the city, we plan to continue staying here because we just love it.
Aside from the obvious of being right next to Bryant Park, the hotel is in the heart of Midtown with an easy walk to/from Penn Station, Grand Central, Times Square, and every subway line in the city. It's easy to get here and go out to do touristy things or explore neighborhoods without needing a cab.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Check in/out process is super smooth, and we got an upgraded room both times we booked, which was a lovely surprise.

Exceptional hotel with an amazing location right across from Bryant Park. Great customer service from Danny at Check in and Scott at checkout. Large rooms, mine had a nice view, and a large tub! Slippers, robes and extra blanket provided. Clean, quiet rooms!!! Love this place, will certainly be back.

Absolutely fantastic! Bryant Park Hotel offers a modern, classy, fully equipped room for all your hotel needs. The rooms are immaculately clean, beautiful and spacious. Fantastic heat and comfort throughout. The bathroom was big and offered lots of counter space.

Great hotel, great location! Arrived early, yet the hotel was able to accommodate me right away. Miguel at the front desk was very professional and helpful.

Rooms are very comfortable and clean. I like the design. Modern/sparse/clean look but well done. Great bathroom and the shower was amazing.

Fantastic hotel, right on Bryant Park which is one of my favorites spots in Manhattan. Not only the staff were friendly, it's clear that they love their job! Which again convinced me that a good management can create a place where you really feel the energy.

One of the best stays I've had in a hotel room. Check in was seamless. I was able to check in early since I got into the city early.
Friday and Saturday they valet your car for you free of service. Which is a plus when you're driving into the city.
Location - is amazing! You are close to everything and if it isn't transportation is at your fingertips. For my needs everything was within walking distance.

Exceptionally helpful, friendly & professional! All the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed, especially Yasmin at the front desk. We appreciated the complimentary drinks in the cellar bar. We opted not to pay extra for a view, so our room faced the back of the building. It was remarkably comfortable: Good natural light, VERY quite, excellent bed quality & linens (best sleep of our trip!) While a small space, the layout of the room was very functional for two. There was good hot water pressure and lighting it the bathroom. The hotel's location of was excellent for us. And given the cost of many other NY hotels, it was a good value. Ultimately, it was the service that really made them stand out. We would definitely stay here again.

I will definitely be back. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a Jr Suite and the room was great. There was plenty of space, the shower was great, and there's a huge garden tub. The towels are plush and the bed is super comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to many places. The hotel was really clean and we had no issues. After checking out the front desk even offered to hold our bags if we weren't leaving right away. Great service! I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

I don't usually write reviews, but my stay here was worth the five stars. I stayed here over Easter weekend with a family member. The front desk staff when we checked in were so polite, friendly, and helpful and made checking in such an easy process. The room was beautiful and clean and we loved the decor. Checking out was a breeze as well, the men at the front desk were so prompt and helpful. I had planned on checking out early in the morning and asking them to hold our bags for a few hours and they offered this before we could even ask! When we came back to pick up our bags, the man at the door remembered us by name. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in New York and will recommend to my family who frequents NY!
